    Description

    This 5 Egyptian pound coin was issued in 1985 (AH 1405) to commemorate the Prophet’s Mosque. It is a non-circulating commemorative coin that is in extremely fine condition. Its obverse side depicts the towers of the mosque beside a stylized globe. Its reverse side shows a view of the Prophet’s Mosque at night. The coin is made of silver, weighs 17.5 g, and has a diameter of 37.2 mm.
