This is an unused Auto Klean brass filter element made by Cuno (3M), NSN number 4330 00 287 3373. This features multiple brass disks stcked very closely with a  brass wiper which cleans the surface by combing the element when the cartridge is rotated.
This can fit in some 3M Model G or EF G filter housings.
